It saddens me to report that Dave Rutt has decided to stand down as chairman of the society. He feels that the society would benefit from a different approach which he is unable to offer at this time. As a consequence, I shall be taking on the role of Acting Chairman until the next AGM. I would like to thank Dave for his service to the society since his election in May 2019 and in particular the organisation of the successful and well-received Mince Pie Specials during December 2021.
