Your Membership Number
Your membership number has separate three parts, which must be entered separately in each box (no spaces) to allow us to validate your membership. It should be written this way on both your membership card and the postage label when we post Llanuwchllyn express.
- 3 Letters (use upper case if they aren’t already)
- A 3 to 5 digit number
- A code with 1 to 6 characters
If the border of the box is highlighted red, that means what you have entered does not match the expected pattern, please check.
Life Members
Life membership cards may not have the membership number in the current format. You will have a new format number assigned to you, please email tim.williams@bala-lake-railway.co.uk or membership@bala-lake-railway.co.uk to find out what it is. Please include your postal address with the email so we can validate your identity.
Do we have your email address?
If we do not have your email address on record, please get in touch with the membership secretaries to have it added to our records by emailing membership@bala-lake-railway.co.uk. Corrections made to the membership database will take up to an hour to become active on the website, so please don’t try again the moment you get a response from the membership secretaries.
